The service
Venue owners manage their own listing details — courts, availability, pricing, and cancellation policies — and handle payment processing for bookings at their facility. Open-play organizers manage event details, fees, and payment collection for sessions they host.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep your sign-in secure, provide accurate information, and do not harass others, scrape the service, circumvent rules, or misuse player contact details obtained through NextDink.
Bookings, open play & Queue
Confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes follow the venue owner’s or event organizer’s rules. Live boards and Queue tools are provided as operational aids; organizers remain responsible for on-court decisions and safety.
Privacy & data protection
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Statement. Venue owners manage payment for their facilities; open-play organizers manage payment for their events. Hosts must not sell or misuse player lists. You may only submit others’ information when you have a lawful basis to do so.
Content, trademarks & IP
You grant NextDink a license to host content you submit and represent that it does not infringe others’ rights. NextDink and third-party marks (including association logos) are not licenses for your use; third-party marks appear for identification only, not endorsement.
Assumption of risk
Pickleball involves inherent risk. You participate at your own risk; venues and organizers are responsible for on-court safety.
Payments
For venue court bookings, the venue owner manages pricing and payment processing. For open play, the event organizer manages fees and payment collection. NextDink is a booking and discovery platform, not a bank. Payment disputes are between you and the venue or organizer except where required by law.
Disclaimer, liability & indemnification
The platform is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextDink disclaims warranties and limits liability for venue conditions, injuries, organizer decisions, payment disputes, outages, and data loss. You agree to indemnify NextDink for claims arising from your content, misuse of trademarks or data, disputes with venues or users, and on-court activity you organize or join.
