Privacy Statement
How NextDink collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information across Social, Venue, Queue, and related pickleball products. Platform policies — not legal advice. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
Account and profile details, booking and open-play registration details, clubs and messaging activity, device and usage logs needed to run the service, and preferences you set in-app. Venue owners manage listing details and payment for court bookings; open-play organizers manage fees and payment for their events. NextDink may receive confirmation references for status in the product.
How we use information
To provide booking, open play, clubs, and Queue features; communicate about reservations and sessions; operate matchmaking and live boards; improve reliability and security; support venues and organizers you interact with; and comply with law.
Data protection & security
We use access controls, role-based permissions, encryption in transit, processor agreements with infrastructure providers, and scoped share codes for live boards. Local Queue data may stay on your device until you opt into cloud sync. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Information is shared with venues and organizers as needed to fulfill bookings and events. Venue owners control facility details and payment collection; open-play organizers control event fees and payment. Platform service providers process data under our instructions; payment processors used by a venue or organizer operate under that host’s arrangement.
Your choices
Update profile and notification settings in-app, request access, correction, deletion, or export where applicable law provides those rights, and contact us through Feedback for privacy requests.
Accuracy
Much of the information on NextDink is user- or venue-entered. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. You are responsible for what you submit, including photos, logos, and others’ personal data.
