Trademarks, logos & brands
NextDink marks identify our products. Third-party names and logos (associations, venues, brands) belong to their owners and appear for identification or linking only — not as sponsorship or endorsement. No license to use those marks is granted by viewing the site. Users who upload brand assets must have the rights to do so.
Copyright & user content
User-submitted listings, photos, and text remain the submitter’s responsibility. Copyright owners may report alleged infringement through Feedback.
No endorsement; sports risk
NextDink is a technology platform, not the operator of every venue or event. Pickleball involves inherent risk; participants and hosts are responsible for on-court safety.
Data protection overview
NextDink provides the platform. Venue owners manage listing details and payment processes; open-play organizers manage fees and payment for their events. Listing and profile data may be user-entered and are not warranted as accurate. We do not sell personal information.
